Your Indian Diabetes Risk Score
A validated 2-minute questionnaire returns your score, your risk band, and a breakdown of which answers contributed most. Free, always.
Answer a few questions — no lab, no needle, no blood test — and get your Indian Diabetes Risk Score, plus a personalized 90-day habit plan built from your answers.
IDRS — a short questionnaire that estimates diabetes risk from your age, waist size, activity and family history. No lab, no blood test.

Why it matters
You can feel completely well and still be carrying risk you’ve never checked. Most people in India who are at risk have simply never been screened — not because they refused, but because it meant a clinic, a fast and a blood draw.
Glux removes all of that. Four questions about your age, waist, activity and family history give you a validated risk score in about two minutes — and then a plan you can actually start on.
The Indian Diabetes Risk Score was developed and validated by the Madras Diabetes Research Foundation. Glux applies its published scoring table — it does not invent the score or the bands. Mohan V et al., J Assoc Physicians India, 2005.
How it works
No lab, no needle, no waiting for a report.
Features
A score without a next step is just anxiety. Glux gives you both.
A validated 2-minute questionnaire returns your score, your risk band, and a breakdown of which answers contributed most. Free, always.
AI-generated weeks, daily to-dos and day-30/60/90 milestones, shaped around your age, weight, activity level and food preferences.
Steps, exercise and sleep straight from Apple Health or Health Connect if you connect them; weight, waist and daily habits in a few taps.
Light daily nudges to keep the habits going. Opt in, opt out, or change them whenever you like.
Retake the score at day 90 and see exactly how your answers moved. Proof you can keep, not a promise we made.
Your 90-day plan is generated by AI. It is general wellness guidance, not medical advice, and no clinician has reviewed it.
Glux is a wellness app, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Information provided is for educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health and before making changes to your health routine.
Privacy by design
Glux needs an account, and your answers and your plan are stored so they’re there when you come back. Here’s exactly where they live and what we do with them.
Your answers, score, plan and progress are stored in Mumbai (asia-south1). The server that handles your requests and the AI that writes your plan both run in the same region — your health data is not routed outside India to serve them.
Delete it in the app and everything goes 30 days later — signing in again during those 30 days calls it off. Getting a copy of your data or deleting it never costs anything and never needs a subscription.
Your password is stored only as an argon2id hash, on our own servers in Mumbai. It is never stored in readable form, and we can’t recover it — a forgotten password is reset, not looked up.
We don’t sell your data and there’s no advertising SDK in the app. This website counts visits with Google Analytics unless you turn it off — and no health data ever reaches it.
Glux is shipping during RevenueCat Shipaton 2026 (August–September). We’re building in public — follow along for progress, screenshots and the launch.
FAQ
No. Glux is a wellness and education app, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. It calculates a published risk score and helps you build healthier habits — alongside your doctor, never instead of them.
The IDRS is a short, validated screening questionnaire developed by the Madras Diabetes Research Foundation. It estimates diabetes risk from four things: your age, your waist measurement, your physical activity level, and whether your parents have diabetes. Glux applies its published scoring table and shows you where your answers fell.
No. There is no blood draw, no fasting and no device at any point — Glux asks you four questions and applies the IDRS scoring table.
No. A score in a higher-risk band does not mean you have diabetes or prediabetes. It means the questionnaire’s published scoring table places your answers in that band — and that it’s worth talking to a doctor and getting a confirmatory blood test. Only a blood test can tell you where you actually stand.
Your score, your band and the next steps that come with it are free. Everything else — your 90-day plan, tracking, reminders and the day-90 retake — starts with a 2-week free trial. After the trial it is ₹499 every 3 months, about ₹167 a month, auto-renewing at the same price until you cancel in your App Store or Google Play settings. The trial is the only discount: the rate does not go up later, and one free trial is available per App Store or Google Play account.
Yes to cancelling — any time, in your App Store or Google Play settings. Cancel before your 2-week free trial ends and you are never charged at all; cancel after it and you keep access until the 3 months you paid for end, with nothing charged again. Refunds are handled by Apple and Google, since they take the payment, so you request one from them. If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or paid and it never unlocked, email us and we will back your request. Full details are on our refunds page.
It’s generated by AI — Google Cloud’s Vertex AI — from your questionnaire answers and profile. It is general wellness guidance, not medical advice, and no clinician has reviewed it. Your score and your band are never AI-generated: they come straight from the published IDRS scoring table.
Glux needs an account, and your answers, score, plan and progress are stored in Mumbai (asia-south1), where the server that handles your requests and the AI that generates your plan also run. Your account and password live in our own database in Mumbai too, and account email goes out through Amazon SES in Mumbai. Your subscription status sits with RevenueCat in the US, and crash and analytics reporting with Firebase — neither receives your answers, score or plan. We don’t sell your data and there’s no advertising SDK in the app.
Yes, if you turn it on in Account. Glux reads your steps, distance, active energy, exercise and sleep from Apple Health or Google Health Connect — read-only, and only what those categories cover. That data is shown on your phone and never uploaded to us: only what you log by hand, your weight and waist, reaches our servers. Sync is off until you enable it, it’s per-device, and manual logging always works without granting any health permissions.
No. Think of Glux as a companion between checkups — not a replacement for your doctor. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health, and get a confirmatory blood test if your score falls in a higher-risk band.
